Brock Pierce

Brock Pierce is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is a managing partner at Blockchain Capital, the venture fund he co-founded that focuses on blockchain companies and the bitcoin ecosystem. He is the chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation. Previously, Brock founded and sold a number of successful start ups including IMI Exchange, the digital currency marketplace for games, which sold in 2016 for more than $100 million; ZAM, the gaming news and community site, acquired by Tencent in 2012; and IGE, the digital currency in online games company, sold in 2007. Brock is also a founding board member of the Omni Foundation, GoCoin, Tether, Xfire 2.0, Playsino, Five Delta (sold to SCRI), Evertune, GamesTV, and Digital Entertainment Network.
